Why this project?

As active climbers & trekkers, we have seen the impacts of climate change within mountain areas across the world. It's obvious that something has to be done to ensure the livelyhood of people and biodiversity within these regions. We believe that we MUST act now and that we must help mountain communities to adapt to the new conditions before things go wrong!

For this project we've chosen to climb Cho Oyu 8201m in favour of a World Wide Fund (WWF) water project in Nepal. As this is our project blog, you can read more details about his project at our main website: http://www.climbingforwater.org.
